What I am currently learning while working with a combined MAP Method and psychic healing, is to clear past life trauma, and  inherited family trauma.

We often don't realize where these stressful patterns come from or how our ancestors trauma is carried forward generation to generation. In times of extreme, war, persecution, violence, particularly when it is endured for a long time, we sometimes overwrite our family contracts or agreements, and sometimes our personal agreements, to manage the trauma. These survival agreements may help us in the moment, but will cause tension and stress over time. When we are no longer in the trauma and still carry these survival patterns in our bodies, instead of having creative fun life experience, we continue to play out the trauma until it's cleared.
The wonderful thing about healing ancestral trauma is that, by releasing the energy of trauma from your own life,  you will also heal your ancestors, and clear the path for your descendants.

My vision is to assist you to clarify the energy pictures that create challenges, and help you to move through them. The pictures, patterns, and programming you hold in your aura create your life experience. These patterns hold energy and it takes energy to manage them. As you release outgrown patterns, you get your energy back to create and change more easily.


By any name we choose to call the underlying force that connects and contains all dimensions, Source, Infinite, Love, the Universe, All That is, God; We increase our awareness when we consciously find our own connection through our greater self.  When we choose to see and grow in this energy we strengthen our awareness and presence. We also invite a deeper connection with the high self, our spirit and healing guides. We get to choose! We more easily create our life by setting our vibration where we wish to be. I teach classes and workshops at Psychic Awakenings in Seattle, where I graduated from the Clairvoyant Awareness Program in 2015.
I had a kundalini awakening in 1991 that brought me to healing and energy work.
My first energy healing, in 1979, was a dream, a visit with a spirit animal. In the dream
I was wrapping a white puppy in bandages.

My Journey began
at the age of 34 when I went through a  Kundalini awakening. This shift in awareness left me suddenly open and sensitive to subtle energies. It was overwhelming to channel this unfamiliar energy.  Out of necessity I sought answers in spiritual community.  I traveled to the Findhorn Foundation, from there to Nepal and Tibet. I worked with Buddhist practice, and Vipassana meditation to re-balance my mind and gain equanimity. Neutrality turns out to be a powerful tool for working with energy! 

At Psychic Awakenings, I came to know, understand, work with the intensity of this energy. I learned to handle a lot of energy. Taking Psychic Tools Classes and completing the Clairvoyant Awareness Program felt like integration for all the energy and information I had  experienced. I am so grateful that have been through this journey.  Since becoming a teacher, I have gained deeper awareness of what perception, alignment and resonance are and how to find that place where life is a creative flow.

As life unfolds, and we face our suffering; through magic and wonder, we find ourselves transformed.
Psychic Awakenings has helped me to be grounded, and has empowered me to understand my challenges, and my gifts. I feel lucky to be able to offer these tools to others who are called to work with energy. Being called could look like an awakening,  feel like spiritual need to heal yourself, or empathic abilities that are uncomfortable or challenging to work through on your own.

I love to see how students change as they own their energy and become empowered with skill and deepened perception.  In class we learn to ground, release resistance and judgments, as we naturally increase synchronicity, presence and happiness.
