As an artist and graphic designer, I built my life around perception and creativity — until a spontaneous kundalini awakening in 1991 set me on a path of deep transformation. That overwhelming surge of energy forced me inward, launching a lifelong journey into energy healing, healthy boundaries, and grounding.

I learned Reiki, regained balance through Vipassana Meditation, and trained at a psychic school — eventually becoming a teacher there, helping others stay grounded and present as they opened up spiritually. That experience informs what I do today.
I bring that hard-won wisdom to the people I work with — helping them relieve anxiety, release trauma, and rediscover their connection to life. If you're ready to heal, I'm here to help you find your way.
