Process Painting is a form of therapeutic art that increases awareness & releases blocks through intuitive play.
These are some of the paintings I have done in process. They can get intense and include anything that can come up and be expressed. Spontaneously in the moment we create, in present time, without a plan, just letting images, colors, tempera paint, flow directly from vision to paint. It is always a delight to see and allow what appears. The result is, unfolding dreamlike vision freely expressed and full of energy.
