Pillar of Light Meditation Workshop

In times of change and transformation we all want to feel connected, safe, and aligned to our purpose. In this workshop we will explore psychic tools to help us connect more deeply to ourselves, our truest source of inspiration, with relaxing and healing guided meditation.
 
The Pillar of light is a timeless connection to source highly regarded by many spiritual traditions. We will dip into this sublime connection where we can be attuned as our truest self.


We will focus on tools that help us:

• Connect deeply to our truth and source energy. 
• Explore purpose, and how being deeply connected increases ease and self love. 
• Release old programing and thought forms that may hinder our connection to that understanding that enhances ease and self love.  
• Refresh each chakra in a healing meditation.
