No Justice No Peace

When I look at the long term problem -racism- I see another layer of energy that has held us locked into opposition. It's puzzled me for a long time. While I do understand that we can change our energy, and each of us has this responsibility to manage our own energy. But I also have seen this strangling opposition being cleared. Instead of a group locked in place, we are now each of us free to heal. By healing ourselves, we heal our communities and create opportunity for culture that serves all of us in healthy ways. Today I have felt grief in waves for our painful experiences. As these negative oppositions are clearing, we can move from being stuck in rage and incomprehensible oppression into deep release of our fears, anguish, and frustrations.
Change is inevitable, let's hold to the vision of justice and continue to stand up for real and lasting equality.
Grace for all of those who have suffered and have caused suffering.
I find that consciously pulling my energy from any negative situation I have somehow helped to create is beneficial.
Here on earth, in bodies, we try to be rational, as spirit this all looks differently...there is important progress in facing hard problems and grappling with all this mess. We learn and grow through it, and we haven't chosen ease, we've chosen to delve into opposition, creation and destruction.
