There is no Good or Bad ~ Benevolent Kindness

There is no good or bad. I say this because it is true in our experience on earth. We come into these physical bodies to experience deep emotions and strong beliefs to create our realities to be challenging growth opportunities. There is no bad or good, and you can learn to work consciously with these energies and make great change happen.

When we see and react to someone being “bad” we bump up against our own feelings of our personal goodness and badness. When we judge it’s our personal beliefs we are judging. How do I fit into this experience? Do I have resistance in my body to this feeling?

What we resist we are creating negative of blocking energy, and unconsciously increase the feeling, belief or judgement of it. This is why so many spiritual traditions teach non-judgement, neutrality, and equanimity as a spiritual path. It’s a way to hold our center as we weave through this world full of contradicting feelings. That's diversity!

Find the center and hold that place noticing what pulls your attention away from that center. Notice also what pulls your attention to that practice of being centered.

If there is no bad or good, why this constant attack of black and white intensity, resistance and even hate? Why do we react so strongly human ugliness? Why is institutionalized violence and repression seemingly ignored or accepted as part of the culture? Or, why is this so confusing that we can’t just step out of racist beliefs? How much resistance is there in your body when you feel into the experience of seeing violence? Receiving unprovoked violence in person is an even deeper feeling of resistance, then anger, then if we can’t move past this into better experiences, we become dispassionate or depressed, or we hate the experience and those who participate in it. Being in that situation leads to anxiety, overwhelm, narrowing of focus, and these ultimately limit potential and block success.

Some of us take the path of conscious intention, reject the painful experience, and turn towards other ways of being in the world. Others fall into ignorance with a passion.

A spiritual path, with generosity, helping others, creating opportunity for love and kindness, and modeling our belief in humanity, with positive intentions for all to see. Changing our way of being in relationship to suffering is part of this.  It is a conscious choice to learn how to grow through the challenges created by living with diverse levels of consciousness and intention. Genuine healing comes with having less resistance, being able to love the multifaceted breadth of life on earth, and working for more of what we want to grow.

If you are wondering how to do more, work with intention.
When you set your intentions, please include benevolence. Recognize the importance of doing not only for yourself, but for the highest and greatest benefit of all peoples and for the benefit of all living things. Benevolent intention will increase the support you receive from the Universe as you walk along your path. Examine your intentions and see if you can add this magical quality to your life. You will be amazed with the results.

Love and Light in the Time of Pandemics

Thoughts on teaching classes via zoom – Sarah Lovett
Love and light in the time of pandemics requires us to shift our awareness from direct physical contact, to create and become aware of subtle connections through the web.

Read between the lines. Even though I love meeting students in person, energy is not limited by physical proximity. As a psychic school we are especially prepared to embrace this transition. We are being asked to quickly expand our awareness on a global scale. In a way this leap to global awareness has already taken place as we are constantly connected on the web. In addition, we can learn to read the energy at a distance. Did you ever try to tune in to the energy behind an emoji? That little picture may seem random and limited, but there is energy and intention for you to tune in and feel, behind every message you send and receive. To do this, follow the vibration, tune in, “see” with conscious presence. It’s a skill you can learn.

Accept responsibility for your own awareness. With skills like certainty, presence, and spiritual communication, you can confidently jump into this new global reality with your ESP senses awakened and aware.

Learn to partner with all life on the earth to bring about a higher level of cooperation and balance. This requires rewiring our beliefs. When we connect remotely, we need to be able to trust our intuitive and perceptive abilities. As we heal old beliefs and patterns about intuition and what we can and cannot know. As we shift from old habits, and begin to experience life as energy, we also speed up the transition to becoming globally conscious.

Create a vision: see all of humanity shift as individuals, bring in light as caretakers, living in a network of spiritual energy, in love and balance.

The Complex Balancing Act that Includes Carbon, and so much more.

The topic of  manufactured meat has been circulating. I trust nature to provide. I find the idea of lab grown meat to be questionable and slightly repulsive. Or is it just another type of cooking? I question the carbon footprint as well. Here's why.

Animals are part of the natural ecosystem and consuming meat also includes being a part in nature and the amazing cycle of life provided by the Earth. Being in balance with in that cycle, where all life is honored for its contribution, is the current challenge as human population goes out of control.

From a spiritual perspective, (unless you can live on light alone as our non-physical guides so easily can do), the whole system is based on giving and receiving where each participant in the ecosystem gives as much as it takes. This includes feces and ultimately the physical body.

Growing rice is easy and what it gives and takes from the whole is balanced within these limits. Animals being so much more complex offer a deeper level of giving and taking that includes presence, feelings, carbon dioxide, energy etc. ...

Humans give and take to the richness of the earth experience in a unique way. We are intelligent (sometimes) and it may be our purpose to support all life by consciously choosing healthy patterns that respect the balance of the whole. We would be wise to learn form nature

Giving and receiving is the place of the heart. This is where we find balance between physical and spiritual energies. This is why we have so much passion about the planet, and living here on Earth.
