As a clairvoyant reader and as a long time vipassana meditator, I have come to understand the importance of neutrality. Neutrality is a tool I use to clean and clear unwanted energy from my space. It works like magic.
Through seeing I have come to believe that as long as we pose our frame of reference in terms of good vs evil we remain stuck in a continuum of good things we like, bad things we don't like. To free ourselves we will need to embrace an new continuum. I suggest that we accept the entire range of human behavior as it is, before we can channel our activities into a new framework, not of extremes in opposition, but in terms of seeing a whole with many variations. Acceptance is often the first step towards healing.
Many things may seem unacceptable to us, and would be harmful when followed through. When we are able to suspend judgement and look at life without aversion and hatred, we can lessen the energetic pull towards opposition. In a sense when we accept our areas of opposition, we stop putting energy into them and that naturally lessens it's emotional hold on us.
I first heard of this idea in Buddhist studies, and experienced a realization of this truth from seeing a mandala by artist Alex Gray. In this mandala he painted a circle of images of sexual acts from innocent and natural love, to violence, to disease and back again in full circle to symbolically include all sexual activity. At first I noticed my repulsion, especially to violence and disease, then I realized that it all does exist as part of a full spectrum of human activity. Over time and contemplation I learned to see it without a need to act for or against. It all is part of the whole earth experience.
For me this is a process of realization on top of an underlying acceptance that the earth is a place where every aspect of life might be explored. That doesn't mean it's all something I'd want or choose to do, but that I can be personally present in the same world without adding to the opposition. In fact that is the point, when I stop reacting, I release my hold on the issue and I stop adding my energy to the problem. While I am far from being able to hold everything in neutrality, it's a life practice.
More thought on neutrality, activism and holding space, in another post.

I don't pretend to know. Energy is constantly changing and I can only tell you what is present and available for you.
I don't make predictions, but I look at the energy and give you information as it comes with the blessings of the Universe and all that is.
